Psilocybe Tampanensis

These hallucinogenic truffle treats are also known as Psilocybe Tampanensis; they are also members of the mushroom family. The truffle, also known as the sclerotia, is the portion of the mushroom that contains the hallucinogenic chemicals psilocin and psilocybin. Years of mushroom cultivation have resulted in the development of commercial strains with fewer fruity bodies (the actual mushroom) and more sclerotia. Surprisingly, all known Philosopher’s Stone strains are descended from the original specimen, which was found and cloned in 1977.
